The goals of the Scholarship Foundation are as follows:

1.  To provide funds for scholarships for individuals pursuing a Public Works career, and who meet requirements established by the Foundation.

2.  To provide funds for educational programs that will benefit and assist members and potential members of the Florida Chapter APWA to better serve the citizens in their communities.
