Come and celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the APWA Florida Chapter
May 3-7 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

The Rosen Centre is the host hotel, and is next door to the Convention Center. We have some VERY exciting events planned for you as we celebrate this milestone of the Florida Chapter. With each passing year the Annual Meeting & Trade Show becomes larger and more successful attracting thousands of members and guests from the state of Florida. Join us in Orlando and take time to network with your peers, boost your motivation, and gain powerful new tools for success.

This is a great opportunity to attend a variety of Technical Sessions designed to sharpen your skills, maximize production, and keep you on the cutting edge of emerging technologies and products. The Florida Chapter is proud to offer over 35 CEU approved Technical Sessions, panel discussions on topics that will directly effect APWA beyond 2010, and a Trade Show Extravaganza where you can acquire new tools, tips and techniques from the leading suppliers and manufacturers in our industry. We will schedule exclusive time for the Trade Show and the Technical Sessions. This will give you ample opportunity to attend the Technical Sessions of interest to you and the Trade Show.

CONGRATULATIONS FLORIDA CHAPTER!

In recognition of the Chapter's impact on APWA's membership and the public works community, the Florida Chapter has been selected as a recipient of the
2009 Presidential Award for Chapter Excellence (PACE).

The PACE Award will be presented to the chapter the APWA Awards Recognition Ceremony, to be held in conjunction with the 2009 International Public Works Congress and Exposition in Columbus, Ohio.  The ceremony will be held on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 5 p.m. at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in the ballroom
