We had some VERY exciting events as the Chapter celebrated this milestone of the Florida Chapter. With each passing year the Annual Meeting & Trade Show becomes larger and more successful attracting thousands of members and guests from the state of Florida.

CONGRATULATIONS FLORIDA CHAPTER!

In recognition of the Chapter's impact on APWA's membership and the public works community, the Florida Chapter has been selected as a recipient of the
2009 Presidential Award for Chapter Excellence (PACE).

The PACE Award will be presented to the chapter the APWA Awards Recognition Ceremony, to be held in conjunction with the 2009 International Public Works Congress and Exposition in Columbus, Ohio.  The ceremony will be held on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 5 p.m. at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in the ballroom
